We are happy to inform that the Institute of Mediterranean and Oriental Cultures PAS has been awarded the prestigious Logo HR Excellence in Research, conferred by the European Commission.

This logo is granted to institutions which implement the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, thus establishing a favourable setting for work and development.
The Institute fully supports the principles defined in the recommendation of the European Commission 2005/251/WE regarding the recruitment of scientific staff. Recognizing the value of the Charter and the Code, the Institute accepts the obligation to establish favourable conditions for work, career development and transparent procedures for the recruitment of scientific staff. The Institute’s policy is in agreement with the principles listed in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, and its objective is to increase its attractiveness as an employer on the European market as well as to eliminate barriers preventing researcher mobility.
